Today I have compiled a list of my Top 5 Fast & Easy Meals for Busy Families.

They are dinners that my entire family can agree upon and I know when I fix them everyone will be happy. Especially me, since I’m the one in the kitchen and they are super quick and easy!

These meals made my Top 5 based on how easy they are to make, their simple ingredients, and of course, their amazing taste.

1. Crockpot Sweet Garlic Chicken

Crockpot Sweet garlic chicken

I found this Crockpot Sweet Garlic Chicken recipe at Key Ingredient. I serve this sweet and slightly spicy chicken (depending on how much red pepper you add) over jasmine rice. I add broccoli and pineapple on top for a colorful and healthy dinner. I often marinate the chicken in the ingredients overnight so all I have to do is pour everything in the crockpot before I leave for work then next morning. The chicken is so tender it just falls apart. So yummy!

2. Melt-In-Your-Mouth-Chicken

Melt in your mouth chicken

This meal from Genius Kitchen is so simple to make and outrageously delicious. My son, who is slow to warm-up to new foods, asked to try a bite just this week. Not only did he love it, but he ate half of mine and half of my husband’s before we knew what was happening. That’s the reason this recipe made it to the list of my Top 5 Fast & Easy Recipes, it is now enjoyed by everyone! Even the picky one.

3. Chicken Ranch Wraps

Ranch chicken wraps

Try these Chicken Ranch Wraps from Gimme Delicious for lunch or dinner. They can be easily adapted to meet your family’s preferences and can even be eaten on the go. I would wrap them in foil and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees to melt the cheese. My husband and I enjoy eating them with Spicy Ranch while my kids prefer the traditional Ranch dressing. This meal is a favorite during soccer season since I can easily take it with me in the car and eat it on the go.

4. The Original Slow Cooker Crack Chicken

Crack Chicken

The Original Slow Cooker Crack Chicken  from Cookies & Cups was introduced to us while vacationing in Dauphin Island with my family. My sister in-law put this recipe together in the morning and by noon we were enjoying them poolside. What a sweet memory that is. The sandwiches were a hit with everyone and I’ve been making them for my family of four ever since. If you’re looking for something different to take to your next gathering, simply double the recipe and pile all that ranch goodness on top of a slider bun. Your family and friends will thank you!

5. Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

French dip sandwichesThis recipe from Moms Cravings is so delicious my daughter requests it weekly. The flavor of the au jus sauce makes this sandwich extra tasty and putting it all together in the morning couldn’t be any easier with only 3 ingredients. This meal is ideal for families on the go or for cozy nights at home.
