Ingredients

  • 6-8 red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Wash and cut potatoes into fourths or eighths, depending on the size of the potatoes. 

  3. Place cut potatoes into large bowl. Mix together with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. Pour potatoes onto large baking sheet in a single layer. 

  5. Bake for 15 minutes and stir. Return to oven for 15 more minutes or until potatoes are brown.
